Emilia Tinoco, a descendant and a consequence of merging two cultures and influenced, European and Venezuelan accumulating memories, teachings, values and beliefs, the decision not to distort but to order them and give them useful, emerging from there, from an early age, life instinct, his passion for artistic expression, music, dance, literature, painting, design, and a point of inflection and reflection on his life and his relief is seduced by the canvas, the palette and the oil, turning there all his magic and talent.

He began his early training in drawing and painting since 1979 and for five years, under the guidance and teaching faculty of the School of Art Matea Bolivar, where they learn techniques and tools that will be the key basis and vital part of his work.
Practice for five more years, the encounter with color and shapes, proportions and spaces in the now extinct Free Art Workshop, led by Professor Spanish Luis Lagarda.
Then leans over the next ten years to the study of light, atmosphere, and plastic structure of our flora and Impressionist landscapes inspired by the Venezuelan masters under the tutelage in his workshop in the Venezuelan professor Cuban Xiomara Ochoa.
Today Emilia, with the experience evolved and aged, inspired more by the investigation itself, gives us an original work, which has merged and added all that stem influence of techniques and styles, and brush strokes, media and visions with which to come up with a style, technique, brush stroke and unique and authentic, that they already know, they can identify and distinguish.
